Ingredients
Day tablet: soy; dioscorea; red clover; black cohosh; maca; calcium; vitamin K2; vitamin D3; vitamin B6.
Night compress: valerian; soy; cimicifuga; Chinese angelica; soccer; magnesium.
How to use
Take 1 tablet daily in the morning and 1 tablet daily in the evening before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
