V PROTEIN BLEND
Food supplement of vegetable proteins, vitamins and mineral salts indicated in case of reduced dietary intake of the aforementioned nutrients or increased need for them, for example in the diet of athletes.
One portion (approximately 30 g) of product prepared as indicated provides 20.8 g of proteins which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
It is also a source of vitamins (vitamin B6, vitamin B12) and minerals (iron, zinc, calcium).
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis.
Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.
How to use
Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of 2 scoops (approximately 30 g) in 150 ml of still water using a shaker.
We recommend up to one serving per day depending on your activity and considering other protein sources in your diet.
