How to use
Slide the support onto your elbow. Position the pads so that they rest on the top and bottom (radial and ulnar sides) of your forearm, just below the elbow. Wrap the elastic around your forearm. Tighten until the support feels firm but comfortable.
Care and washing instructions
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
