Food supplement for athletes, in powder form based on glutamine peptide.Promotes muscle recovery.
Ingredients
Glutamine peptide (from hydrolyzed wheat protein); calcium phosphate; arginine alpha-keto-glutarate; magnesium stearate; talc; vitamin B6; vitamin B2.
How to use
Mix 3.6 g (equivalent to 2 heaping teaspoons) in water or your favorite beverage daily.
Glutamine peptide dissolves slowly. It is recommended to use a blender, or to shake vigorously for several seconds in a shaker with another liquid of your choice, or to dissolve it initially in a little hot water, stirring with a spoon for a minute and then adding more cold water.

Do not exceed the indicated doses.
Supplements are not intended to replace a varied diet.
The product must be kept out of reach of children under three years of age.
In case of prolonged use (more than 6 - 8 weeks) a doctor's opinion is necessary.
