Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch.) tuber powder, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium amylglycolate; firming agent: tricalcium phosphate; hydrogenated castor oil; anti-caking agents: talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

How to use
The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (corresponding to 2 tablets) with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor.
