Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavourings), corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: sorbic acid; turmeric.
Free from gluten, lactose, eggs, peanuts, soy , yeast, palm oil and fat.

How to use
Cook in plenty of previously salted boiling water: when the gnocchi rise to the surface, wait 1-2 minutes and then drain and serve.
Approximate cooking times: 4-5 minutes.
