Directions:
useful in the recolonization of the intestinal bacterial flora, in dysbiosis and related pathologies, especially when there are meteorism, irregular bowel movements, bad breath, abdominal pain, allergies and food intolerances, malabsorption, dermatitis, cystitis, vaginitis; during and/or after taking drugs that can alter the normal bacterial flora (antibiotics, oral contraceptives, laxatives, etc.), in diverticulosis, in inappropriate diets, when there is environmental toxicity.

How to use:
one capsule in the morning away from meals, with plenty of water.
