Description
Fisioreve Tripto is a food supplement based on Tryptophan, Melatonin, with Chamomile and Melissa, indicated in case of increased need or low dietary intake of these nutrients.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning it is not produced endogenously and therefore must be introduced through food; furthermore, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken in, so its concentration can often be deficient. Tryptophan is the only precursor of Serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and Melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake rhythm and is essential in various phases of sleep, especially during REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*.
Thanks to the extracts of Chamomile and Melissa it offers help for relaxation and mental well-being, in a physiological and natural way. In particular, the extracts of Chamomile promote restful sleep.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

How to use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Fisioreve Tripto just before bedtime as is or diluted in warm water or milk, using the graduated pipette contained in the package. After use, wash the graduated pipette under running water before placing it in the appropriate container. Shake the bottle well before use.
The intake and dosages of Fisioreve Tripto, to facilitate falling asleep and for the problem of night awakenings, must be done based on subjective needs and in relation to the need, 0.5 ml correspond to 1 mg of Melatonin. The product does not cause daytime drowsiness, nor addiction.
Warnings
