Osmotic water, fructose, glycerol, ferrous gluconate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), folic acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate.

How to use
We recommend taking 3.5 ml equal to 60 drops (30x2) per day dissolved in a drink of your choice or in a liquid meal.
