How to use
Weigh 100 g of couscous in a container with a bottom diameter of 10 to 13 cm, add 2 g of salt (optional) and 4 g of oil and mix. Add 115 ml of boiling water, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the film, turn the contents of the container upside down onto a plate and separate the couscous well with a fork.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
