DescriptionFood supplement of creatine and amino acids based on carbohydrates (fructose and maltodextrin). Branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the diet of the athlete. The product also contains beta-alanine, precursor of carnosine, and arginine.

Fructose, creatine, L-arginine, maltodextrin, beta-alanine, L-leucine, flavouring, L-valine, L-isoleucine; acidity regulator: citric acid.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (equal to 17 g) in approximately 500 ml of water and shake well.
It is recommended to take one sachet before training.
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.
Warnings
Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
