Extracts of turmeric BCM 95 (Curcuma longa L., rhizome) and boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr., oleoresin), bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea Willd., surculi), zinc gluconate, devil's claw extract (Harpagophytum procumbens D., tuber), sodium selenite, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Capsule: fish gelatin; colorant: iron oxide.
Soy , gluten and lactose free.

How to use
2-4 capsules per day, during meals, following the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
