Ingredients
Mixture of live lactic ferments (bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis DB96, streptooccus thermophilus DB320, lactobacillus acidphilus DBD15B, lactobacillus casei DBD4, lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus DBD2, maltodextrins); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; gelling agent: gellan gum; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule per day. Swallow with water or, in case of difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and dissolve the contents in a little water or yogurt.
