How to use
Pour approximately 195ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (one scoop is included in the jar) or 53.5g of Ensure Nutrivigor. Stir well or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. This will make a 230ml serving.
A 400g jar provides approximately 8 servings.
