Description
Food supplement based on omega-3 (ALA, EPA and DHA) with vitamins C and E, astaxanthin and L-GPC. Indicated in cases of increased need or low dietary intake of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. EPA and DHA contribute to normal cardiac function. Vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the immune system, as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
Ingredients
Fish oil rich in EPA and DHA, edible gelatin (casing), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC), linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) tit. at 70% in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), glycerol (firming agent), polyglyceride esters of fatty acids (emulsifier and thickener), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Haematococcus pluvialis flotow thallus, olive oil extract tit. at 10% in astaxanthin, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), sorbitol (firming agent), sunflower oil tit. at 70% in natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), chlorophyll (colorant).

How to use
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily, during meals. It is recommended to avoid milk, dairy products and citrus fruits when taking enne 3 PLUS, especially in case of gastric sensitivity.

Use with caution in association with anticoagulant therapies. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
