Description
Food supplement in single-dose sachets based on magnesium, plant extracts of three substances with tonic-adaptogenic properties, such as aswaghandha, rhodiola, schisandra and enriched with L-carnitine, iron, vitamin B6 and B12. Useful in all situations where it is necessary to provide the body with an additional quota of these components. Its specific composition is based on ingredients with a synergic action to regain energy and physical and mental well-being.

Biphasic magnesium [magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, beetroot fibre (Beta vulgaris L.); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabiliser: acacia gum], maltodextrin, aswaghandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root es, rhodiola [Sedum roseum (L.) Scop.] root es, schisandra [Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.] fruit es, L-carnitine; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), ferrous fumarate, ferrous bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, preferably in the morning. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml). Mix well before drinking. Any residue of non-solubilized powder inside the glass can be taken by adding a little water.
