Ingredients
Powder of: Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula Retz .) fructus, Amalaki ( Phyllanthus emblica L .) fructus, Bibhitaki ( Terminalia bellerica Roxb .) fructus, Rose ( Rosa centifolia L .) flos; stabilizers: starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; coating agent: HPMC.
How to use
2 tablets per day with warm water in the evening before going to bed or in the morning upon waking up.
Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
