LUMBOSACRAL CORSET
Description
Class I medical device. Indicated for lumbar tract conditions that may benefit from movement limitation, such as:
- muscular back pain;
- lumbosacral distortion;
- chronic low back pain;
- sciatica.
The medical device provides greater stability and movement limitation of the lumbar spine. It also provides relief from lower back pain.
Features : Patented V-shaped rear splint with dynamic recall action. Patented breathable Aeralis aerated fabric, light and with the internal part in microfibre. The characteristics of the Aeralis fabric allow the belt to be worn even in direct contact with the skin. Anatomical shape suitable for the morphology female.
How to use
Wear the brace over a light garment or in direct contact with the skin. Point the top of the V-shaped splint downwards. Position the brace so that it is centred over the lumbar spine and the lower edge is level with the coccyx. Check that the brace is snug around the lumbar spine and, if necessary, shape the splints. Apply symmetrical traction and close the brace with the Velcro fastening.
Wash gently at 30°C, rinse well, wring out gently, dry flat. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.
Warnings
Do not use in cases where compression is contraindicated. Do not prolong the use of the product without medical advice. The product has been designed for use by a single person, do not use it on multiple people. The product must not be used in direct contact with damaged skin. If you encounter problems using the product such as the appearance of pain or obvious local signs, remove it and contact a healthcare professional. In the event of a serious accident following use of the product, contact the manufacturer and the local healthcare professional. We recommend gradual decommissioning of the medical device, possibly combined with functional physiotherapy. Patients who suffer from pelvic floor weakness should consult their doctor before using the medical device. It is advisable, for the first time, to have the product positioned by a qualified operator and independently perform subsequent positionings in the same manner. The product must be disposed of in compliance with current regulations, the packaging and the leaflet in the paper disposal containers.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from excessive heat and light.
