Description
Buckwheat and sunflower oil bread, gluten-free, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Water, sourdough starter (24%) (rice flour, water), corn starch, whole buckwheat flour (12.5%), cracked buckwheat (4.8%), plantain fibre, high oleic sunflower oil (3.2%), rice syrup, pea protein; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, rice flour; sea salt, invert sugar syrup, citrus fibre, brewer's yeast; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
May contain soy, milk, mustard, sesame seeds .

Keep in a cool, dry place (18-25°C, approximately 50-60% RH), avoiding strong temperature variations and extreme relative humidity conditions.
Keep the product in its original packaging, store in a dry place and away from heat sources. The product is packaged in a protective atmosphere, it is not treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. Once the package is opened, store in the refrigerator, in a closed bag, and consume within 3 days.
