Description
The biomechanical action of Kinesi tape with biodynamic-therapeutic effect is completed with the healing action of ozoile in dolaren in post-operative, traumatic, arthritic, rheumatic pain. For the treatment of myalgia: contractures, distractions, elongations. Regenerates soft tissues. Vertebral pathologies, disc pathologies, muscular, tendon and joint problems, arthrosis, arthritis and headaches, post-operative pathologies and problems. Used alone or completely and maintenance of various physiotherapy treatments.

How to use
- Shoulder: Extend your arm forward. Apply tape to your lower deltoid and wrap it along the back of your shoulder.
Extend your arm back. Apply another stripe to your lower deltoid and the front of your shoulder.
- Back: Bend your torso forward. Apply the tape to your lower back, sideways along the spine, facing up.
Apply the second strip to the opposite side of the spine.
Apply a third strip over the two strips and along the painful area.
- Knee: Bend the knee, apply the tape and wrap it from bottom to top along the lateral part of the knee.
Repeat the operation for the opposite side
- Neck: Tilt your head forward and apply the tape about one centimeter from your spine.
Apply the entire strip to the opposite side of the spine.
If the pain is severe, apply another tape along the painful area for greater effectiveness.
- Neck and shoulder: Stretch your neck on the opposite side of the painful shoulder. Apply the tape from the top of the neck to the shoulder.
Repeat for the opposite side.
After application, rub the tape firmly to secure the adhesion.

For greater effectiveness, apply a second vertical tape along the center of the calf
- Wrist: Extend your arm, bending your wrist slightly backwards. Apply a strip from the front of your wrist to your elbow.
Wrap half of the strip around your wrist, leaving a small gap at the end.
