It helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Passionflower herb with flowers dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L., maltodextrin) titrated 3.5% vitexin, Valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L., maltodextrin) titrated 0.8% valerenic acids, Melatonin, food gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; colouring: titanium dioxide.
