The pad can be heated in boiling water or microwave oven for the treatment of lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia and in all cases where the application of heat is necessary.
Placed in the freezer for a couple of hours, it is useful for bruises, sprains, traumas, hyperthermia.

How to use
- Cold : place in the freezer for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes/2 hours.
- Hot : immerse in boiling water for a maximum of 3 minutes or 2 times at 30 seconds in a microwave oven at 500 W.
