Cocoa tart with pistachio cream.
This product is made exclusively with raw materials naturally free of gluten, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry (corn starch, eggs , sugar, butter , rice flour; low-fat cocoa powder: 3.1% on the base, 2.1% on the total; skimmed milk powder , potato starch; thickeners: guar seed flour, psyllium seed fibre, corn maltodextrin, buckwheat flour; raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, flavourings). Pistachio cream (31%): vegetable oil (palm), sugar, pistachios (15%), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lactose ; emulsifier: lecithin ( soya ), flavourings. May contain traces of: other nuts ( almonds , hazelnuts , walnuts ).
