Whey protein concentrate (43%), calcium caseinate (25%) (derived from milk), milk protein concentrate (24%), whey protein isolate (3%), flavouring, egg protein powder (1.5%), biscuit pieces (wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, rice starch, wheat fibre, barley malt flour, wheat malt, biscuit flavouring, calcium carbonate), fat-reduced cocoa powder (1%); sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides; emulsifier: soy lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

It is recommended to take 30 g per day dissolved in 300 ml of water, milk or other liquid, preferably away from meals.
