Hazelnut and cocoa cream. It is produced in a laboratory that only processes hazelnuts grown in the Lazio region of the Tonda Romana Gentile variety, delicately toasted at low temperatures. No emulsifiers are used in its production, its creaminess is given by the particular production process: the ingredients are mixed continuously for 18 hours. Ideal spread on bread, to garnish desserts and ice cream or to prepare crepes.
