Description
Food supplement of silicon that stimulates the production of collagen, reduces skin thinning, prevents the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin, improves the quality of hair, preventing hair loss, strengthens nails.
Colasil acts on the synthesis of new collagen. Through the patented Collasil OSA complex, in which silicon is present as orthosilicic acid (SiOH4) linked by hydrogen bridges to marine collagen, silicon passes the gastrointestinal tract unharmed and binds to the glycocalyx to be bioavailable. The silicon in Colasil is involved in the synthesis and stabilization of the components of the extracellular matrix, as well as in the proliferation of connective tissue cells. Endogenous collagen, which decreases starting from the age of 21, requires silicon for its synthesis.
· Anti-aging
-skin: reduces wrinkles, improves skin elasticity and hydration;
-hair: strengthens the hair, giving volume and shine;
-nails: healthy and strong, without stains.
· Osteoporosis
-improves bone mineral density;
-inhibits connective tissue degradation enzymes (stromelysin against proteoglycans, collagenase against collagen).
Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss (manna): rich in silicon, strengthens connective tissue.
Coenzyme Q10: activates the metabolic chain, antioxidant, slows down skin aging.
Taurine: antioxidant properties, counteracts the glycation of elastic and collagen fibres.
