Ingredients
Myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol (from Ceratonia siliqua L., fructus) powder, anti-caking agents: fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; sweeteners: sucralose, neohesperidin DC; flavourings, manganese sulphate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 stick packs per day, to be dissolved directly in the mouth, without chewing.
