Description
Food supplement based on Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Copper, Folic Acid and hydrolyzed marine fish cartilage. Useful to promote the absorption of iron from food.
Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and Copper contributes to the physiological transport of iron in the body. Folic acid, in addition to promoting the normal formation of blood cells (hematopoiesis), if taken during pregnancy, contributes to the growth of maternal tissues. Furthermore, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Copper and Zinc promote the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Bulking agent: Cellulose; hydrolyzed marine fish cartilage, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (DL-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate); Coating agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Cellulose, Fatty acids, Glycerol; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon Dioxide; Zinc Oxide; Colorant: Titanium Dioxide; Copper Citrate, Flavoring, Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Dosage and method of use
Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, before main meals.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with a sip of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are being treated with hypoglycemic drugs, consult your doctor before using the product.
