Description
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Each soft gelatin capsule contains Vitamin E.
Ingredients
Wheat germ oil (Triticum aestivum), Gelatin, Firming agent: glycerol; Tocopherols rich in alpha tocopherol (natural Vitamin E) on sunflower oil. Contains wheat gluten and traces of soy lecithin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 3 capsules per day. One capsule after breakfast, one capsule after lunch and one after dinner, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
