How to use
2 cps half an hour before breakfast to be taken with 2 glasses of water; 2 cps half an hour before lunch to be taken with 2 glasses of water; 2 cps half an hour before dinner to be taken with 2 glasses of water. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
Warnings
