How to use:
one sachet per day; pour the contents into a glass, add water and mix well.

Characteristics:
dietary supplement composed of vitamins, trace elements, mineral salts, with the addition of L-arginine and creatine. It can be used whenever the active ingredients that compose it are insufficiently supplied with the diet or when there are conditions that increase the need. Particular attention has been given to Vitamin C and Vitamin E, to expand their documented antioxidant capacity. The presence of creatine, an important substance in energy metabolism in muscle cells, can allow its use as an energy source in conditions of asthenia or as a support for physical activity.
