Description
Powdered food supplement based on phosphoserine, glutamine and B vitamins.
B vitamins are useful for supporting normal psychological function even in case of tiredness and/or during periods of intense study and work. In addition, pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

How to use
1 sachet per day to dissolve directly in the mouth or, if you prefer, to dissolve in water or other cool liquid.
