Branched chain amino acid food supplement for athletes. Contains the 3 branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) in free and pure form in the proportions 2:1:1 (Leucine double compared to the other two); with vitamin B6 for greater assimilation.Ingredients
L-leucine; L-isoleucine; L-valine; maltodextrin; fructose; microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium stearate; vitamin B6.
How to use
Take one capsule for every 10 kg of body weight.
Fitness, bodybuilding: all half an hour after training.
Power and endurance sports: half an hour before and half an hour after training/competition.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
