Wholemeal chocolate plumcake without gluten specifically formulated for celiacs.
With 100% wholemeal flour, no preservatives, no added starches, no palm oil.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil, fresh eggs , sugar, brown rice flour (14%), dark chocolate drops 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter ; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), water, whole buckwheat flour (4%), chicory fibre; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate; alcohol; thickener: xanthan gum; flavouring, salt.
May contain nuts and soya .
Lactose free and milk free.
Gluten free.
