Barilla gluten-free penne rigate combine the traditional oblique "nib" cut with a balanced taste and are ideal with delicately flavoured sauces.
Ingredients
Water, white corn flour (65%), yellow corn flour (29.5%), rice flour (5%); emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids.
How to use
To cook 100 g of pasta you need on average 1 litre of water and 7 g of salt, i.e. a teaspoon of fine salt, plenty if coarse.
