The product contributes:

The product contains 8 sources of magnesium with high bioavailability.
The tablets are film-coated for better swallowing.
The presence of the cofactor vitamin B6 increases its bioavailability and efficiency of use.
Taking magnesium reduces the absorption of some antibiotics (tetracyclines and nitrofurantoin) and may impair the absorption of bisphosphonates: take with 2 hours interval.
The concomitant intake of magnesium with treatments with amiloride (contained in some diuretics) must be evaluated by the attending physician.
For longer lasting and deeper results over time, combine or complete the integration of the product with magnesium oligolite.
Free from gluten, lactose and added sugars.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, magnesium succinate, UltraMag, vitamin B6, magnesium chloride, magnesium gluconate, magnesium pidolate, magnesium bisglycinate.
Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, silica, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
How to use
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily for 3 to 6 months.
Each tablet provides 150 mg of magnesium.
If you have difficulty swallowing, take with fruit juice or squeezed fruit.
Gynecological areas: 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 1 and a half sachets), during meals.
Psycho-neuro-muscular disorders: 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 1 and 1/2 sachets), during meals.
Asthenia: 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 1 and a half sachets), during meals.
Migraine, especially ophthalmic or migraine "with aura": 2 tablets (or 1 sachet) 2 times a day, during meals.
Sports activity: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day (or 1 sachet), during meals.

Predisposition to gallstones: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day (or 1 sachet), during meals.
It is recommended to use it for at least 2 months, repeatable in cycles.
