Description
Melatonin-based food supplement that helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. Melatonyl helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.

Lactose ( milk ); stabilizer: modified starch; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate; melatonin.

Warnings
