How to use
From 15 years of age. Read the precautions for use before taking.
- Periods of stress: 2 tablets in the morning.
- Periods of more intense stress (exams, overload, etc.): 3 tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 at midday), with a large glass of water.
Do not take after 5pm.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding in the absence of sufficient data.
If you are taking anticoagulant therapy, ask your doctor for advice.
