1 or 2 capsules 2 times a day after meals.
Characteristics:
Olive has a good hypotensive action useful in the treatment of hypertension. It is also an excellent diuretic effective in reducing edema in case of water retention problems. Finally, its hypocholesterolemic action, demonstrated by recent studies, allows to prevent the deposit of cholesterol on the arterial walls. The hypotensive activity is attributed to secoiridoids, the main one being oleuropeoside.
