Cod liver oil is a natural supplement traditionally used in the diet of children, adolescents, the elderly or convalescents. It is rich in vitamins A and D which contribute to maintaining the effectiveness of the immune system. Vitamin D facilitates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and helps maintain good bones.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil (Gadus morhua L.); thickener: silicon dioxide; antioxidants: a-tocopherol, palmityl 6-L-ascorbic acid (soy). Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
1 or 2 Arkocapsules, 2 times a day with a large glass of water, preferably before meals.

Store away from light, in a cool, dry place.
