Directions:
Escholtzia has a marked sedative and hypnotic activity without however giving secondary effects (neither dependence nor habituation). It is therefore recommended in cases of insomnia, anxiety and nightmares.

How to use:
2 or 3 capsules 2 times a day at mealtimes.

Characteristics:
The plant is used as a sedative and hypnotic and its activity could be attributed to the alkaloids present, including protropin.

Components:
eschscholtzia californica, the flowering aerial part.
