How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops of essential oil per day, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or add a few drops to aroma diffusers. 2 drops on average contain 87 mg of sweet orange essential oil. Close carefully after use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
