Ingredients
Lactose , skimmed milk powder , maltodextrin, galacto-oligosaccharides from milk (powdered) 11.8%, whey powder (demineralised whey, whey protein concentrate), palm oil, low erucic acid rapeseed oil, high oleic sunflower oil, calcium phosphate, coconut oil, sunflower oil, fructo-oligosaccharides 0.86%, potassium citrate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, fish oil, magnesium hydrogen phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, L-ascorbic acid; emulsifier: soy lecithin; choline chloride, ferrous sulphate, inositol, magnesium chloride, sodium L-ascorbate, zinc sulphate, L-carnitine; antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate; calcium D-pantothenate, flavorings, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, calcium carbonate, nicotinamide, riboflavin, DL-alpha-tocopherol, retinyl palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol, thiamine hydrochloride, potassium iodide, folic acid, phytomenadione, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.

How to use
Follow the instructions carefully; improper preparation and storage methods could pose a risk to the health of the infant.
1. Before preparing, make sure that the environment in which you are working is clean and wash and dry your hands well.
2. Sterilize the bottle, teat and ring. If you don't have a sterilizer, boil them in water.
3. Keep the pot and sterilized objects closed with the lid until ready to use them. Be careful when handling objects if they are hot.
4. Boil the amount of drinking water needed to reconstitute the product in a clean container and let it cool.
5. Pour the warm water into the sterilized bottle following the instructions in the average feeding table.
6. Add level scoops of powder according to the instructions in the average feeding table using only the scoop contained in the package.
7. Close the bottle and shake it for at least 10 seconds to dissolve the powder.
8. Once the product is ready, test the temperature on the wrist and administer to the infant. Consume within half an hour of preparation.
9. Do not reuse any leftover prepared product and do not heat or boil the milk once reconstituted.
To prepare one cup, mix 7 level scoops of product in 210 ml of boiled water. The dosage can be modified according to the pediatrician's opinion, based on the infant's needs. Use only the scoop contained in the package.
The reconstitution of Aptamil 3 is 14.9% and is obtained by adding a level scoop of powder (approximately 5 g) to every 30 ml of water.
Warnings
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants and is recommended as an exclusive food until the 6th month and as a milk component of a balanced diet during weaning and even after the first year of life. Aptamil 3 growth milk is intended to be used within a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, following the pediatrician's instructions.
