Corn starch, potato starch, inulin, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring: safflower.
The product may contain traces of: milk, eggs, lupin .

How to use
Cook in plenty of water: use at least 1 litre of water for 100 grams of product.
Bring the water to the boil and add the salt indicated by the diet.
It is very important to follow the cooking instructions on the packaging because, in protein-free pasta, cooking continues even during the preparation phases of the dish.
