Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of protein malnutrition in acute and chronic pathologies, accompanied by loss of muscle mass and in senile or neoplastic sarcopenia.
It is made up of a patented nutritional blend composed of a cluster of essential amino acids, essential for protein synthesis, three organic acids (citric, malic and succinic) which enhance mitochondrial activity for energy production and B vitamins (B1 and B6) necessary for protein metabolism.
Ingredients
L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-threonine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, citric acid, flavouring, L-cystine, L-histidine, malic acid, succinic acid, L-phenylalanine; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; L-methionine, L-tryptophan; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; colouring: beta-carotene; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
Contains no gluten . Contains no lactose .

How to use
Recommended dose: according to the doctor's advice (1-2 sachets per day).
The product can be used orally or enterally.
Orally: pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass and add 120-150 ml of still water at room temperature; mix well until completely dispersed. Consume immediately after preparation.
Enteral route: Do not combine Amino-Ther Pro with other enteral nutrition formulas in the same bag. Rinse the tube with 30 ml of water before administering the product. Ensure the correct positioning of the tube before use. Pour the contents of one sachet of Amino-ther Pro into a suitable container and disperse in 150 ml of water at room temperature or slightly warm. Mix until the product is completely dispersed. Administer the solution using a syringe of at least 60 ml.
At the end of the administration, wash the probe with another 30 ml of water. Use preferably immediately after preparation, within 4 hours if stored at room temperature and within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
Warnings
Not for parenteral use.
The product is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition.
The product is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
