Basic mix [corn starch, mix of cereal flours 10%, black rice, sorghum, red teff, buckwheat, mix of flaxseed flours, chia (Salvia hispanica); vegetable fibres: psyllium, inulin; fructose; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; toasted corn flour, apple extract], water, vegetable margarine (vegetable fats: coconut; vegetable oils: sunflower; water), extra virgin olive oil, salt, rice syrup (rice flour, water), brewer's yeast, lactose-free milk ; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; corn starch; preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of soy , eggs , nuts , mustard .
