1. Choose InPost during checkout
During the online purchase process, select the option of delivery to an InPost Locker or an InPost Point.
You can choose the one closest to you based on your location or address.
2. Receive pickup information
Once your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with a unique code (PIN) and a QR code. This information will be used to collect your package.
Only you can have this information!
3. Collect your package
Go to the selected Locker or InPost Point.
Locker: You will find a touch-screen panel on which you can enter the PIN code received or scan the QR code.
After entering the code or scanning the QR code, the compartment containing your package will open automatically. Collect the package and close the door: that's it!
InPost Point: To collect your package, tell the person in charge the name of the recipient (the name you provide must be the same as the account on the site where you made the purchase). After providing the name, show the code received by email to the person in charge, he will do the rest!
