Description
Food supplement, with sweetener, of melatonin which, taken at a daily dose of 1 mg, shortly before going to bed, contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep*.
*This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Also contains:
Lavender: which promotes normal mood and together with valerian promotes sleep and contributes to physiological relaxation, proving useful in cases of stress.
Chamomile: which contributes to mental well-being, vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
Zinc: which contributes to normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Sweetener: sorbitol; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids, zinc citrate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., flowers) tit. 0.5% in essential oil, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers) tit. 0.3% in apigenin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
Take one tablet in the evening at least half an hour before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age, or in any case for prolonged periods. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
In case of concomitant therapies, seek the advice of your doctor before using the product.

Conservation
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
