Rose powder ( Rosa centifolia L .) flos; dry extract of Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L .) rhizoma; powder of: Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] radix, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix, Mandukparni ( Centella asiatica L .) herba; stabilizer: starch, gum arabic; powder of: Licorice ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L .) radix, Black pepper ( Piper nigrum L .) fructus, Long pepper ( Piper longum L .) fructus, Ginger ( Zingiber officinale Rosc .) rhizoma; anti-caking agents: magnesium silicate, calcium carbonate; coating agent: HPMC.
How to use
Take 1 tablet before bedtime.
