Hawthorn and griffonia contribute to relaxation, mental well-being and the regular functioning of the cardiovascular system, while melatonin promotes night-time rest.

Hawthorn es (Crataegus oxyacantha 100%) tit. at 2.5% flavonoids, Griffonia simplicifolia, es tit. at 20% of 5-hydroxytryptophan; melatonin, magnesium stearate.

Take 1 capsule twice daily.
